The clients needed two equal bedrooms, playroom and showeroom. At times the parents might move upstairs in the loft to accomodate guests on the first floor.

I designed a Dormer Loft Conversion with a 'Juliette Balcony', straight 3 kite double winder staircase and kerb flat roof roof light.
