PLANNING CONSENT OBTAINED 20 August 2019
A side return extension project full of complexities. The neighbouring property is on higher ground and the existing retaining garden wall was poorly built.
The boundary line had to be defined and accepted by all parties involved first. My client's mid terrace was lower down and suffered light issues that needed solving. The house, originally been built with many different levels. The kitchen ceiling was too low for inserting the steels to create a complete open plan between existing kitchen and dining. The project is at Structural Engineer stage.
